The yard sale went really well. I sold just about everything. The rain held off until 3:30ish. I am very tired and sore though. I really do like getting extra money, but it is hard work. I made around $300 for 6 hours of work. We had to pack up knowing the rain was coming. The weather service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for our area and a tornado warning touched down south of us. But it is over and I am off to the beach with my kids to meet my SIL, cousin and my nieces and nephews.

On Thursday, I am having a Yard Sale. Boy, it has been a lot of work getting it together, but hoping for a profitable day. I can only hold it for one day due to working, so I am wheeling and dealing tomorrow.

Also, we haven't had rain in weeks, now all of a sudden the skies have opened up. I am praying the "Yard Sale Prayer" that the rain holds off until I am done.

I will let everyone know how much I made. It is going towards my new livingroom.

Okay, so my paperwork is ready to be mailed back for the Ameriquest Settlement. It states in my paperwork, that I will receive no less than $600.00. It could be more, depending on how many people choose to take the settlement, but no less. So, even though I am out thousands of dollars, I will see some of it back.

Paid all regular bills and added to ING and savings account.

Spent $431.45 on groceries.

Fast food/Eating Out - $207.12

Gas - $161.05.

Got paid twice from my summer beach job for a total of $455.86 extra in the month of June. I am putting most of that money in my savings account to pay for my property taxes and to help pay off CC1 and CC2 before the end of the year.

Need to roll the change in my change jar and add that to my savings account. There is $50.78 in that jar.

Maybe I will start back up selling Mary Kay Cosmetics. I love Mary Kay Cosmetics and would love to be a director. Hey, there is a nice goal. Hmmm.
